Your name, player token, baker look and settings sit in this browser's local storage. Clearing the site's data removes them, and with them access to your player, unless you have kept your transfer code.
Google Analytics shows which modes and breads get played. It sets cookies and sends Google the screens you visit and the rounds you play (mode, course, bread, score), with the usual browser, device and approximate location details. It never gets your name, player ID or transfer code.

Achievements and bread mastery unlock looks for your breads. Cosmetic only: a glazed bread flies exactly like a plain one.
